you captured the main essence of the record well. Some additions:
I can't decipher the heading of the third column completely, but it seems to describe the allegiance: König (king), frey (free), or - the only case on this page - for Peter Höner zu Guntenhusen: Stift (convent).
The following two columns describe if they own their land: Hßw = Haußwirth (landlord) or are dependent farmers/day workers: Heuerling
The baptism date for Johann Henrich is Eod[em die] = the same day (7th April)
The witness Johann Henrich Wefeld (Wefell?) is called provisor. This means generally a deputy or stand-in; it can be an administrator, a clergyman or even a pharmacist.
The last six columns can be a designation of the residence (farm) in the diffent parts of Schildesche, but I am not sure.

One additional question regarding this birth please. There seems to be an older brother born in this family in 1756; however the mother's "Vor Nahme" is different in these records. Would you please compare the two birth records and give me your opinion if these are brothers?

Comment: There are enough differences (marked in bold) between the two records to make it difficult to conclude that these two children are brothers. In my opinion the names of the mothers are different enough to suggest this wasn't a simple error on the part of the scribe. Note that both children have the same name. I would suggest you look for a death record for Johann Henrich born in 1756 between the date of his birth and the date of birth of the Johann Henrich born in 1758. While it is atypical for parents to give the same name to living children, it was not uncommon to name a subsequent child of the same gender after a child who recently died. If you find a death record for the child born in 1756, this may provide additional information which will help you determine if these children are brothers.
Also search this register to see if there are other birth records with parents Johann Peter Höner and Anna Maria Wefelt and parents Peter Höner and Maria Catharina Wefelt. This will also help you to determine if these are two distinct couples or the same couple.

A correction to my response earlier today (4 August 2022 at 8:48 am and edited at 9:04 am):
In that response, I spelled the mother's maiden surname incorrectly in the 1756 record as: Welfelt. Her surname in the 1756 record is: Wefelt.
The complete line for the mother in the 1756 record should properly read:
Mother: Anna Maria Wefelt.
(The system does not allow edits to a response after four hours and I discovered this error late this afternoon.)
