👩💻Monday Memo...Geneanet
I am new to French Research, but I see the site Geneanet in our Resource Links so went to their website to learn more about this site. Have you used it? What have you liked about it?
In the past, the only part of the site I had used was the "Genealogy Library" what else am I missing?
This is what I learned in the "About Us" section: Launched in 1996 by genealogy enthusiasts, Geneanet is a community of more than 4 million members who share their genealogical information for free: more than 7 billion individuals in the family trees, some digitized archival records, some family pictures, some indexes, all available through a powerful search engine, and a blog.

I haven't used Geneanet a lot yet either, but the FamilySearch Wiki differentiates nicely between the free and paid features. There are also a few classes on Geneanet on the RootsTech website that explain various aspects of the website.
