Hello @JudyL,
Translation:
Number: 35.
Name of place: Neuwerder near Krumke.
Heading of third column: 1820.
[Main record]:
To the property owner Michael Blaesing from his wife Maria, née Albrecht, on the 28th of April [1820] in the morning at 4:00 am a daughter was born, who on the 30th of April [1820] in the baptismal ceremony received the name Anna Rosina. Baptismal sponsors: (1) "Erbzinsmann" Gottfried Bade. (2) Anna Rosina Zimmermann, née Andree.
My comment: The word "Erbzinsmann" does not translate easily into English: hereditary interest man who is obligated to pay inheritance interest.

Thank you so much for your translation and for the explanation of what that term means! I was not familiar with it, so that is helpful to know.
