How to deal with Dyslexic Scribes

Hi

I'm dyslexic and it takes great effort to not reverse stuff. That being said I have a record that is wrong.

Susanna Heuser married Robert Karch. Shouldn't the record read Susanna Karch geb. Heuser?

Should I translate it as is with a note below to explain the error?

Also, what is Robert's occupation.
