Help with Czech Birth Record Translation
I would appreciate any help with translating my great granduncle Josef Tonar's 1846 birth record from Borova, Bohemia. The original record is posted at https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3Q9M-CS9F-LSJV-W?cat=2806981. I have clipped the pertinent portion of the record, and attached it to this message. My rough translation of the Czech record follows:

You've got almost all of it correct. I've filled in a few blanks:
Born 9 October 1846 and baptized on 10th
House Number: 42, Child: Josef Tonar, Catholic, Male, illegitimate, baptized by me, Jan Jost, priest, Midwife: Magdalena Brabener of Borova number 128, Legitimized union 29 April 1861, L. L. B. (?), 7 January 1871 Nozicka (?)
Parents, Father: illegitimate father voluntarily presented himself with two witnesses and wrote his own name below.
Matej Tonar, Catholic, vulgar man from 1st Battalion provincial watchman, legitimate son of Matej Tonar, shoemaker in Borova number 84, and his wife Katerina, nee Holandr from Polny. Jozef Tonar, witness, neighbor from Borova number 84. (signed) Jan Jost, priest witness.
Parents, Mother: Anna, Catholic, legitimate daughter of Josef Hladika, peasant cottager in Jumfeld number 42 and his wife Teresie, maiden name Dorekal of Jumfeld number 7, on Polensky estate
Godparents, Name, Status: Jozef Tonar (mp?) neighbor from Borova; Barbora Mayndla[?], neighbor from Borova number 131.
