Please help with the translation of a marriage record
It is the second entry on the left page 500. I think it says 21st of January 1770. I can see the groom is Casparus Klimesh & the bride is Maria Anna Turk or Turek? Can you help with the rest of the entry? Does it give the parents' names and where they are from? Does it list the witnesses and where they are from? Thank you for any help.

Roughly: "On 21 January 1770, the honest groom Casparus Klimeszh originating from the village Hossin, legitimate son of Laurentius Klimeszh peasant, entered into a contract of matrimony with his honest bride Maria Anna originating from the manor Kniawa?, daughter of Georgius Turek, ?? of Frauenberg, in the parochial church of Hossin dedicated to Saints Peter and Paul, in the presence of Franciscus Josephus Anger local curate and their witnesses Martinus Marek? and Adalbertus Saudek both peasants of the village Hossin, after all three announcements made during Mass, the first on 1st January, the second on 7 January or the 1st Sunday after Epiphany, and the third on 14 January or the 2nd Sunday after Epiphany, with no impediments detected, so the contract could be freely made."
The missing word after the bride's father's name is something like "unitaris", which has something to do with the number one (single, only, first), but I can't make sense of it in this context. Other entries have the father's status/occupation (such as rusticus "peasant") in this position.
Edited to add: don't trust my readings of surnames and placenames, especially not their first letters. I'm not familiar with the area or the language. (Reading handwriting is always easier if you already know what it says.)

Thank you so much for your help Julia! Your translations of the surnames and villages are fine. I have found both villages on the 19th century map on Mapy.cz. Kaspar Klimes's names was spelled in many different ways in the records I have found like Klimesch Klimmesch, Klimeszh and of course Caspar & Kaspar. I wasn't sure about Maria Anna's surname when I saw Kniawa & Turik. Thank you for clearing that up.
Warmest regards,
