I cant easily decipher old German script (or old Latin script?) but I can offer some clues:
Underlined word means the name of the infant. Not sure if it's "Franz"?
Note the bold words starting with a "+" (cross symbol) meaning the person died on "18.[?].1847." The middle looks like Feb. (Februar) or Jan. (Januar).
The language is likely Latin most widely used until the beginning of the 19th century or the early 1800's.
Hope this helps to some degree.
