The birth snippet doesn't actually show a name for the child. Here's the transcription and translation -
Rößl. wurde den 6 April getaufft und von Jacob Röder versprochen nach welchen es auch genannt worden …
Rößl was baptized on 6 April and the godfather was Jacob Röder, after which it was named …
Note - "wurde von xxx versprochen" actually translates to "was promised by."

Here's the transcription and translation of the death record -
den 1 Sept wurde mit einer Predigt begraben Jacob Bauernfeindt in Oberrößla welcher [Montag] vorher beÿ Auffladung des Getraÿde auff dem Feld von [can't read] und [Wagen?] tödlich beschädigt wurde. Alt 49 Jahre 20 Wochen.
on 1 Sept Jacob Bauernfeindt of Oberrößla was buried with a sermon, who on the previous Monday was fatally injured by [can't read] and [wagon?] in the field while loading grain.
Note - that symbol between welcher and vorher is not a D but a crescent moon shape, used to denote Monday.
