Siblings married to each other - data quality score doesn't catch the conflict

Francis Hayhurst (LRPZ-Q38) and Margaret Alice Hayhurst (MYH7-J5Z) are currently shown as both siblings and spouses. (Unlikely that siblings married each other in 1908 in the UK) However, the data quality score still shows High for both individuals, with a "Conflict-free Score" of 0. Shouldn't the data quality score reflect a problem?

@ReeveSuzanne1 thank you for your feedback. I will put this in the queue :) I do see that a warning comes up when I click on source information: https://www.familysearch.org/en/search/linker?pal=/ark:/61903/1:1:N1K4-YKM&id=LRPZ-Q38

    But not in DQS.

@ReeveSuzanne1 here is a possible clue to this tangle: https://search.findmypast.co.uk/record?id=GBC/1901/3721-3722/0355&parentid=GBC/1901/0025777069

Francis is married to a Mary from Ireland, and also has a boarder, Mary (probably his sister). If you can leave this for a bit so we can figure out why DQS didn't catch this, that would be great.

Siblings married each other, they do exist. A couple of the close cousins (2nd cousins) are still married to this day, have wonderful normal children.
