Can anybody tell me anything about this old receipt, it is on the bottom of an old wooden box

This is a product identification card: karciarka - or playing cards box. It must be quite nice, due to high price of 298 Polish zlotys.

You are correct. It was made in year 1982.

does anything one this identification card point to where it was purchased? I see the stamp says jeweler(jubiler) but I can’t make out much else ?

It looks like it says "Jubiler Mol Gdańsk", and the place would be Gdańsk, but I'm not sure on the shop name, but it could be something with "Mol" in the name. Good luck!
