Find a grave
I have been searching for years and getting no where. I would like to find my biological father’s grave and hopefully a photo. Only details I have is, Benedetto Di Maggio, resided Pozzuoli Campania Italy. Had an electrical appliance store at the Pozzuoli Piazza late 50’s. Passed away after 1970 +20year?? Can anyone please help?

No that didn't work PABulfinch 😞 It seems that you need to put the request through a memorial but I cannot find him at all. Not through there, not on Interment, not through Ancestry, not through MyHeritage. Its like he didn't even exist.

You probably should try to contact the comune government of Pozzuoli to find the department that manages the municipal cemetery. Know that in many towns because space is at a premium, graves are only available for a short rental term (often 10-30 years) and after that term has expired, the grave is reused and the remains moved to a common ossuary at the cemetery. It's very likely that a burial from 40+ years ago is no longer in the grave where originally interred.
