Her name is Wanja Sayda Paulina Knockenhauer DOB: 9 October 1907
The only part I need translated is the 2 lines right above her name.

That reads according to B___ court (rätt) date, adopted (adopterad) by widow Siri Helga Nilsson (then maiden name).
