43) Anna Margaretha Eckin, weil. Michael Ecks, Bauers und Einwohners zu Holzmühl, nachgelassene Wittwe, starb nach 35 stündigem Krankenlager am Schlagfluß (consulirt wurde Hr. Tuppert) am 29sten Decembr, früh nach 1 Uhr und wurde am 31sten e. m. bez gehaltener Predigt beerdigt ihres Alters 71 Jahre, 3 Monate, und 16 Tage. Legirt 1 fl. Rheinl.
And the translation -
43) Anna Margaretha Eck, surviving widow of the deceased Michael Eck, farmer and resident in Holzmühl, died of apoplexy after 36 hours in sickbed (Mr. Tuppert was consulted), on the 29th of December, early at 1 o'clock [in the morning] and was buried on the 31st of the same month with a sermon. Her age was 71 years, 3 months, and 16 days.

If I understand it rigth then the bez. abrivation means they payed the priest

Sorry, it's a type for "beÿ" not bez. The German should correctly read -
"wurde am 31sten e. m. beÿ gehaltener Predigt beerdigt" and the translation is correct as is.
So the only payment is the 1fl. mentioned in the last line.
