By searching FamilySearch Labs for "adoption" you can find quite a few adoption records. Most that I've seen are from the early 1900's. They can be filtered by location and date. Good luck in your adoption research.

    You can enter more than one set of parents for a person in FamilySearch, then identify which set is preferred.
