Translation needed for German christening/birth record
I am wondering about the last entry on the page that is highlighted in yellow (#36 and #37). It is indexed as a single baby but appears to me that it may have been twins. Parents are Georg Klein and Anna Catharina Pfeiffer. Can someone please translate this for me? Is it twins? Is their gender mentioned? Does it say "Anonymus?" and what does that mean in their record? Is there anything else that it says? I think it says they were born on 27 Aug 1870. What does 2 1/2 ? mean?

You are correct that this is the record for the birth of stillborn male twins.
The Latin word "Anonymus" = stillborn boy. "Anonyma" = stillborn girl.
2½ = the time of the birth = 2:30 (the record doesn't indicate if am or pm).
Translation:
Number of the birth: 36 and 37. "Gem." = Gemelli = twins.
Name of the child: "Anonymus u[nd] Anonymus" = stillborn boy and stillborn boy.
Parents: Georg Klein, farmer in Engelhard(s)hausen, Anna Catharina, née Pfeiffer.
Place of birth: Engelhard(s)hausen.
Time of birth: 27 August [1870], at 2:30 o'clock [because the scribe indicates time in the pm with the word "abends" (= in the evening) in other records on this image, the time is probably 2:30 am].
Place and day of baptism: [blank].
Who performed the act of baptism: [blank].
Baptismal witnesses: [blank].
