How to change from a group of indexing to my old group in my own ward

I suspect/believe that that is relatively easy, all you should need to do, is to speak to; or, "Message", one of the "Group Admin(s)" in the "Group" that you are currently a member of and request that they "Remove" you from that "Group"; and, ALSO, speak to; or, "Message", one of the "Group Admin(s)" in the "Group" for your Ward and request that they "Send" YOU an "Invite" to your Ward ( "indexing" ) Group - which you should, of course, "Accept", that invite.

But, remember most (Church) Members are a member of, at least, two (x2) "Indexing" Groups - (1) their, Stake/District; and, (2) their, Ward/Branch.
