Ordinance status is not available

Hi,

For one of my ancestors (Joseph S. Smith, KZ97-356), the ordinance status is not available: "This person's ordinance status is not available. Please contact FamilySearch Support if you are a relative and need more information"

Can you please help me resolve this?

    All you can do is follow the instructions and contact support.

    Now, the new instructions for contacting support seem to be to post a question here as you have done and assume that support will see it then contact you. It will be interesting to see if your post is moved and can no longer be seen here in a day or so since the answer will not be one for public viewing.

    Your other option is to go to the Contact Us part of the Help section and call them.

    Good morning Rod,

    When I went to record of  (Joseph S. Smith, KZ97-356), I see a data problem. There is a red exclamation mark there, which denotes that there is a possible duplicate.

    Please resolve this and the issue may go away.
