Here's the translation of the main document -

Berlin, 20 October 1888

Before the undersigned civil registrar appeared today for the purpose of marriage:

1. The typesetter Friedrich Joseph Rau, recognized on the basis of his birth certificate, Catholic religion, born 23 April 1860 in Düsseldorf, residing in Wesel, son of the clothes maker Joseph Rau, residing in Düsseldorf, and his deceased wife Anna nee Dehnen, formerly of Düsseldorf.
2. Emma Josephina Franziska Königs, without occupation, recognized on the basis of her baptism certificate, Protestant religion, born 27 October 1866 in Berlin, residing at Alte Jacobi Strasse 69, daughter of the cigar manufacturer Carl Eduard Königs and his wife Carline Emilie nee Tschöpe, both residing in Berlin.

You didn't include the second page of the marriage record, which lists the witnesses and also the signatures of all present at the marriage ceremony.

The witnesses were asked and appeared:

3 The tailor Paul Müller, recognized on the basis of his marriage certificate, 29 years old, residing in Berlin, Andreas Strasse 14

4 The cigar manufacturer Carl Königs, recognized on the basis of a receipt for household money [rent?], 54 years old, residing at Alte Jacobi Strasse 69

In the presence of the witnesses, the civil registrar asked the engaged couple, singly and together, if they declare that they are willing to enter into marriage together. The engaged couple answered yet to this question, and the civil registrar then declared that they are legally married in the eyes of the law.
