Here's the translation of the first marriage record -
No. 3
In the year 1815, 16 January, were wed and blessed in marriage in the church in the local parish Nimburg Johann Georg Storz, legitimate unmarried son of the deceased Joh. Georg Storz, former citizen here and the deceased Anna Maria Meyer
and
Anna Catharina Mercklin, legitimate unmarried daughter of Johannes Mercklin, citizen here, and Anna Catharina Mercklin.
Witnesses - Mathias Schmid, citizen and almoner here, and Andreas Rühle, citizen and [?] journeyman here.

Notes - usually the "in" ending to a surname simply indicates a female suffix. In this case, however, the father's surname also has the "in" suffix, , so I'm using Mercklin as the surname. It is possible that the surname could be Merckel or Merckl, however.
With regard to the second witness's profession, it looks like "Windgeselle," but I'm at a loss as to what type of journeyman this would be.

Johann Georg Storz, age 72 years and 14 days, legitimate son of the deceased citizen and farmer here Joh. Georg Storz and the deceased Anna Maria nee Meier, citizen and farmer here, whose first wife was the deceased Anna Katharina nee Merklin from here, and the second, the surviving widow Anna Maria nee Bühler from here. Witnesses: Johann Christian Hagen, ropemaker, and Friedrich Schneider, innkeeper of the Ox [Ochsenwirth], both citizens from here.
