Caroline Seifert translation question

Could someone please translate the second column, second entry for +++ Seifert of this document. Under the second column it looks to me like the mother is Caroline Seifert. Can you please tell me what else it says? It also looks to me like this child died at birth or was a still birth. Do you agree?

It says "Son of the unmarried serving maid Caroline Siefert." The abbreviation "zwl" underneath may mean Zwilling, i.e. twin.
