German Translation Help

I have birth records for three brothers surnamed Aichele, who are Germans in Russia. I need help with the translation of the mother's birth name. Below are the birth records of the three boys.

Supposedly it is the same mother for all three boys, I have found it indexed as Bos and Rees. I am hoping to know what the correct translation is. All of the boys have the same family number J-1 7.

For Christian Aichele, the mother's maiden name is listed as Bös. It's definitely not an R as the first letter - compare to Ruppert in the entry directly below.

For Georg, the mother's maiden name looks like Reeß, possibly Roeß - it's hard to tell because the image is a bit fuzzy at max enlargement. Compare the R to Reich in the entry below it, or to the B in Baumgärtner a couple entries above this one.

For Eberhard, the mother's maiden name is Böse. Compare to the R in Ruff, entry 150.

It probably is the same mother and the difference in spelling can be attributed to the cleric who make the entries.
