Schonlanke/Czarnikau Records

Hello. I am looking for birth/baptism records for the years 1795-1869 in what was Schonlanke, Prussia also Czarnikau. The Poznan Project has a marriage index for my 2nd great-grandfather there, (the Schonlanke Community) listing his father. Can anyone please tell me where to look for other records or if they even still exist. Thanks.
