Could someone please translate this death record also? I'm curious why three family members died together. :( Thanks for the translation help!

First column is the name of the town - Wachsmuth

Second column is a sequential number in the death register, so these people are 37, 38, 39 - given the snippet view only, it's unclear if this numbering is for the month or the year.

Third column is - probably - the sequential number of male deaths, fourth column is - probably - the sequential number of female deaths.

Not sure what fifth column represents.

No cause of death is given - it is possible that there is a facing page that continues this entry and gives more information. Without a date or any other information about what was going on in the town at the time, it's impossible to determine cause of death. She could have died in or after childbirth, and the twins along with her. They could all have died due to illness,
