Please help me understand this military record
I found my relative on this page in the FamilySearch Images. There is not much explaining what this record is supposed to be. It's labelled as Birth Records, but it has additional information as well, seeming to have to do with military service.
I have figured out most of the column headings, but some don't make much sense when I try to translate them. Could someone please explain what the following means:
Column 5: Durch die Geburtsliste in Zuwachs gebracht sub No.
Column 6: Angemeldet zur Stammrolle
Column 13: Grund, weshelb der Militairpflichtige vom Civil-Prases der Kreis-Ersatz-Commission aus der Stammrolle gestrichen worden ist.
I would also like to know if this is saying that my relative (Rossow on line 15) actually served in the military, or whether this is just a list of men who were eligible to serve.
Thank you for any help!

This is apparently a "Stammrolle" of recruits (see Wikipedia https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stammrolle, in German). It lists all male births of a given year (1854 in this case) who are liable for military service.
Column 5 is the running total of people copied from the birth register (for this year?)
Coulmn 6 lists if the person is registered in the "Stammrolle" for a given year or not
Column 13 gives the reason if a person is deleted from the "Stammrolle"
Regarding your ancestor: he was entered in the "Stammrolle" in 1874. The note in column 12 (74 Demmin 1Jg) could mean that he served as a so-called "Einjährig-Freiwilliger" (One-year volunteer) in Demmin (see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/One-year_volunteer). The note in column 13 seems to give his military affiliation: 1876 ____? Füsilier Regiment N 90; maybe this one: https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gro%C3%9Fherzoglich_Mecklenburgisches_F%C3%BCsilier-Regiment_%E2%80%9EKaiser_Wilhelm%E2%80%9C_Nr._90
