Where to find Huldstetten Birth Records After 1877 - Online Civil Registration?
The Birth Registers in the Catholic Church Books at the Ludwigsburg Staatsarchiv end in 1877. I'm looking for a Birth Record for Rosina Engst, born 22 Dec 1879, illegitimate child of Maria Engst. According to the FamilySearch Wiki, Civil Registrations started 1 Jan 1876 so I'm assuming that there should be a civil registration and I'm hoping that it mentions the father's name. But I haven't been able to find the Civil Registrations online.

According to Meyers Huldstetten had its own civil registry office ("Standesamt"). Today Huldstetten is incorporated into the community of Pfronstetten. I would recommend you to contact the Standesamt in Pfronstetten (https://www.service-bw.de/zufi/organisationseinheiten/6038845), email: claudia.herter@pfronstetten.de) with your inquiry. The old records are probably moved to an archive, but they can possibly tell you which archive.
