The mother's name looks like "Weefeld", however in other births it looks like "Wefeld" or "Weefelt"?
Is this christening date 4 February or 28 January? What is the "EOD" symbol?

Although the first letter of the mother's name is difficult to read because of the writing above it, I would agree that the first letter is a 'W', especially since you have seen the name spelled similarly in other records. The alternate spellings you gave are all pronounced the same. That said, I would read the name as Weefels, where the final 's' is the feminine ending of the surname, much the same as the mothers' named in all the records above it.
I would say the baptism was on 4 February, since the records are most likely in chronological order. the Eod is an abbreviation for the Latin 'eodem' = 'on the same day'. Although the pastor used the word 'dito' a few lines above it to record a baptism on the same day, eodem would imply the same meaning.

Thank you much for this reading; I will change the mother's name to "Weefels" and the baptism date to 4 February 1770; and I will add the "eodem - on the same day" note to may Latin notes.
I appreciate this so much,
Carol

Note: Ernest Thode’s dictionary gives a definition of “contribuiren” as “pay taxes”. Thus my assumption that the numbers refer to a tax list.
I also found a marriage record for the parents. It does not provide much more information.

Especially grateful for this translation for Caspar Henri; he is the direct line for one line of the family and I wanted to get this one correct.
I will add these spellings for his parents in the "Other Information" section of their detail pages.
Thank you also for this extra translation of the parent's marriage; with the extra note explaining how the pastor separated the marriage categories.
Thank you much.
