Transcription Help Needed
Hello fellow historians: I hope everyone is working hard at researching their family history. My recent research has me transcribing several documents on my great great grandfather Teodosio Gomez. The one I am working on now I have pretty much transcribed all of it except for the last line. The abbreviation at the beginning of the line is slightly different than what I have encountered before. I believe it stands for (por) but I am not 100% sure. The words that follow I also need a little help with. I have underlined the words that I am having trouble with. Any help anyone can give me will be much appreciated. Thank you and be safe out there.

The image you're looking at is also available on FamilySearch, image 202 of 734, FHL film 731952, "Información matrimonial 1833-1837". The packet relating to that marriage extends through the left-hand side of image 205.
The corresponding wedding certificate is also available on FamilySearch, image 122 of 487, FHL film 731034, first entry on right-hand page (p. 99 recto), Numº 96.
I'm uncertain of the exact words in the right-hand half of the line, but I suspect the first four words are "pʳ no saver firmar", modern spelling "por no saber firmar", meaning "because he doesn't know how to sign". In other words, the declarant (in this case, the groom's father) professed illiteracy, so he made his mark (the sign of the cross), and the scribe signed on his behalf. You'll see that same phrase at the end of each of the witnesses' statements, first one ending in the middle of the right-hand page on image 204, the other one near the top of the left-hand page on image 205.

Thank you so much for your help, David. I had not noticed the cross on the entries. I have managed to figure out a few more words but that last word is still a mystery. I will keep digging. Thanks again and be safe out there.

The first four words of the line you are asking about were correctly transcribed by @davidleelambert: "por no saver firmar".
The next two words have been overwritten or crossed out but I believe it read "pintó una". In other entries in the same film the phrase appears as "pintó una cruz", meaning "drew a cross" (please, refer to the first entry on the left side of image 211 for an example of the complete phrase).
The last portion of the line is: "Rogue al qe subscrive", meaning "I asked the undersigned".
