I'd like a transcription of the two surnames of the parents in this baptism record, please. Mancus??? Kange???
Another example of the Mancus??? surname below - Agnesa's surname. It looks like there's a diacritical mark over the fourth letter of her surname…

I read the father's full name as: Emanuel Mancus.
I read the mother's full name as: Anna Catharina Stange.
Regarding the extraneous mark in the second record over what appears to be a poorly-written "c": I've occasionally seen this mark over the lower-case "c" in other records.
