Tagging prompt seems wrong
After adding a tag to a picture, I consistently get prompted if I want to add a tag for the person holding the picture, when there is already a tag for the person on the picture. I'm not sure why I get the prompt.
It might be related to the fact that I added two copies of one person (GRSQ-ZP4, GRSR-6F7) merged them, but the deleted person still is showing up and is selectable for a tag.

the behavior above was not due to the duplicate persons who had been merged (although the merged individual continued to show up as a possible tag target long after the merge which is what caused the thought). The behavior happens whenever a photo is uploaded to an individual, then edited for tagging. The first person tagged does not prompt the addition of the tag for the primary person on the photo. Only after one has been tagged does the prompt ask if one wants to add them as a tag. Not intuitive behavior, but I did use it as I learned about it instead of adding a second tag of the person who was the primary person.
