Why under "Data is Complete" is a missing burial regarded as an issue?

This person died comparatively recently, so why is the algorithm apparently not taking into account that the majority of people are cremated now?

The wording is a bit in reverse to my way of thinking. Think of it as "Data is Complete" except for these 4 issues.

@Paul W sorry this took a bit. Here is an example of a death, no burial, cremation showing in events: G772-VRN
The updates have removed the flag for burial information request. Thank you for your patience while the engineers work out the kinks.
