I have memory issues. It appears I have lost the account login details on a tree, I created and at some point created another or vice versa. 😣

My life is a mystery sometimes!

Anyway, I found I had uploaded a pile of family tree information already on one page, then lost the login details and then found via a 'tree search' the other page family tree that is definitely my handywork.

I can't retrieve the fuller records login, as I can't remember the email I used. I have tried all my old ones I have a record of, without success. The emails aren't registered on here.

I even tried messaging myself to see if it forwarded my message via the email I used to my current email address. It didn't.

Finding where to get assistance on here is a bit complicated for me. I can't seem to find a 'live chat' area for England.

So I am hoping someone here will either know how to assist!

1) I need to recover my other password and email information

2) I need to merge the two accounts in favour of the fuller records

3) I need to then delete the page that has only me on it

I am stumped and frustrated as I can't see how to get the password and email retrieved and I can't see how to merge the two without Tech Support and I also can't see how to get assistance apart from trying here.
