Witnesses: Marcin Jakobczak, a farmer, 40 years old, from Zawady, and Marcin Raszewski, a farmer, 45 years old, from Tłokinia. Godparents: Marcin Jakobczak and Józefa Kliber.

The birth says a son called Józef and the death 3 weeks later says a daughter called Józefa. This is child 1 in this family. There is another child in this family called Józef - he is number 8 child. At a guess it appears that this may be Józefa named after the mother's sister who is a godparent. I think I've seen this activity before in that the child's name is also a name of one of the godparents.

I rechecked this birth record and it is birth record of a male infant, named Jozef. Please be aware that year 1868 was the beginning of Russian recording probably by a Russian recorder, and there could have been misunderstanding.
