Birth Record No. 5, Piotrkow Kujawski Parish, of Ludwika Stramowska (written Stramecka), born in Zagorzyce on 10th January 1845, christened on 10th January 1845, daughter of Mateusz Stramowski (written Stramecki), a farmer, 40 years old, resident of Zagorzyce, and of his wife, Antonina, born Jędrzejewska, 40 years old. Witnesses: Kazimierz Rajski, a laborer, 30 years old, and Karol Rakoski, a tenant farmer, 31 years old, both residents of Zagorzyce. Godparents: the above-mentioned Kazimierz Rajski and Jozefa Rakoska.
