At first glance, I notice the estimated marriage year of 1833 for David Lefler and Sarah Ann McDougall would have taken place when Sarah was only 12. Not impossible, but not customary.
I found a tiny death notice for Sarah Ann https://www.newspapers.com/article/the-montreal-star-1903-sarah-ann-wife-o/181846958/
