Translation of Birth Record: Mathias Mayr
Hello,
Thank you for translating the birth record of Mathias Mayr.
I am not sure if this is the Mathias Mayr I am looking for. Robert Seal translated his death record (link added below) — I am trying to connect the two records (birth and death).
Mathias was 62 when he died on 30 Mar 1801 and was an innkeeper in House #73 in Aresing. This birth record would make his age 68 at death.
I know that Mathias Mayr married Maria Theresia Höchtl of Hilgertshausen, Dachau. I have not been able to locate their marriage record, which I believe to be in Aresing.
Their first child was born 15 Jul 1780 Anton Mayr. I have Maria Theresia's birth and death record and all of their children. Theresia died in Aresing as well.

Hello @Tammi954,
Note: Matthias Mayr died on 30 March 1808 (not 1801) at the age of 62 years. Based on his age at death, Matthias would have been born in either 1745 or 1746.
Translation of the 1740 baptismal record for Mathias Mayr:
On the 6th of May in the year 1740 Mathias was baptized; parents are Urban Mayr and Anna, his wife, from "Authenzell" [Autenzell]; godfather is Mathias Hindermayr, farmer from "Röttenbacht" [Rettenbach].
