In the year 1935, on the 14th of January at 10:15, in the comune of Alberobello, Giacinto Tateo, age 33, a peasant farmer living in Alberobello, and Michele Santoro, age 58, a peasant farmer living in Alberobello, declared that at 6 a.m. today [14-Jan-1935] at the house on Via Mte. Cucco, #35, Maria Adolorata Melone died, age 85, peasant farmer, lived in Alberobello, born in Martina Franca, daughter of the late Domenico who lived in Martina Franca and of the late Maria Chiarelli who lived in Martina Franca, widow of Giacomo Agostino diConte.

Testified by two witnesses who signed.

In the year 1849, on the 15th day of the month of September, Eufemia Ancona, age 40, midwife, living in Martina Franca, presented a female baby that was born to Maria Chiareli, age 25, living in Martina Franca, and of Domenico Melone, age 30, her husband, on the 15th day of September, in the year 1849, at the seventh hour, at home. The baby was named Maria Addolorata. There are two witnesses affirming.

The right side of the first page states that the baby was baptized in the Parish of San Martino on the 16th of September, 1849 and named Maria Addolorata Melone.
