Nice job on this record. I think I may be able to add a little if I could.

The 1801 census for Skarresø parish shows a Rasmus Sørensen but he doesn't have a daughter named Maren. Looking at the marriage record, the father's name could be Rasmus Bossin or Bossen. There is a Rasmus Boisen who has an 11 year old daughter named Maren who could be the Maren in the marriage record. The problem with her being the Maren in the marriage record is that would make her only about 17 years old at the time of the marriage, but that is possible. I was not able to locate a Rasmus Bo* in the other 2 parishes associated with Skarresø-Kolind and Ebdrup.

I think what you have thought was Edrud is actual Colind (Kolind).

There is a place called Maarup (Mårup) in Nødager parish (which borders Kolind and Ebdrup parishes) which is probably the residence of the groom, Rasmus Christensen.

Lastly, I think the second witness/groomsman is Jens Boesen.
