Help with translating baptism record for Pal Vasvari

I am requesting help with the translation of the baptismal record for Pal Vasvari, son of Samuel Vasvari. The date is 20 Sept 1777. I just need all the rest of the information on the record. It looks like their is additional remarks which may pertain to Pal.

Yes, that's what the line beginning with the pound sign is. All it says is to see the end of the register -- but there's nothing there, neither on this page, nor the next where the year ends, nor any other candidate I could think of for "end of the register".

Thank you for checking. Now I'm intrigued as to why or what that notation would be on Pal Vasvari's baptism record but I'm just grateful to find any information on my Vasvari family line.
