Good evening !

it seems to me that the real name is vinkotzi and not Vinkotzi Mezaros . Mezaros corresponds in my opinion to the profession. can you confirm if i am right !

    Yup, he's a butcher by trade, same as his father.

    1839, November

    V [index letter], 4 [date].

    Groom: Ferentz Vinkótzi, butcher, born in Tata.

    Residence: Bana.

    Parents: Jósef Vinkótzi, butcher. Anna Vörös.

    Bride: Mártha Piros, of Sz. Mártony.

    Residence: Bana.

    Parents: János Piros, Anna Harka.

    Witnesses: György Kultsár, miller; Károly Török, innkeeper; Antal Spánkovits, notary.

    I wonder if my ancestor worked for yours? He's got the same notary as one of his wedding witnesses, in 1850 (Sep. 17: https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:939J-6Y9S-D4), and his occupation is an obscure term that means "butcher's assistant". (Later on he's just a farmer, though.)

    First, thank you for your answer, now I have confirmation and no more doubts!

    I don't know if our ancestors worked together, but I think they certainly knew each other very well. To see their marriage certificates (same witnesses, same village) there are links!

    Maybe we'll find some other stuff...that'll be nice
