Downloads not working

I've tried several collections with no success at all. I get a message that says a JPG is not available for download, and when I download a PDF…..the file is not able to be opened by any program. Tried in two different browsers.

    I experienced the same thing, starting on February 3. Up through February 2, downloaded PDF sizes were 500kb+. Starting on February 3, the downloaded PDFs are all about 13kb and there's an error message when I try to open in Wondershare PDF: "Unable to open the document. It might be corrupt or the file type is not supported." Similar error and message in Adobe Reader.     I have duplicated the problem and sent it in to have the engineers take a look.
