Lauenberg Baptism Translation

Would someone take a look at this translation? I added the Americanized surname (Schwartfiger) to help me as it appears the last name is spelled two different ways in this document. It's located on Archion, link included. The link takes you to the church book, this record is located on page 40, far bottom left. I know I'm missing the mother's first name and some of the text after that. Would someone mind helping me fill in the blanks? She's my direct ancestor with the same date of birth, so a fun find. Happy Holidays!

I think the name here is Schwerdfeger, although it looks a lot like Schwordfegor; you can see it better in the left column. Schwerd(t)feger (literally "sword sweeper", meaning weapensmith) is a not so unusual German surname.

    Transcription:

Den 13ten Sepbr ist Christoph Schwerdfeger[s] Frau, geborene Treckmann von einer Tochter entbunden, do bei der Taufe den Nahmen Louise erhalten. Gev. Heinrich Schelm und Heinr. Helpe

    Translation:

On September 13, Christoph Schwerdfeger's wife, née Treckmann, gave birth to a daughter, who was baptized with the name Louise. Sponsors: Heinrich Schelm and Heinr[ich] Helpe

Thank you @Ulrich Neitzel . Thank you for the clarification on both surnames. I had a suspicion it was Treckmann after reading through the church records, but I read that wrong on this record.
