Translation of Italian Death Record - Age of deceased?

Looks like he died at age 3 months, but I am not sure that my translation is correct. Can anyone help me with this? Thank You!

Yes, it says 3 months, "mesi tre"

Note that the 3 instances of %3A have been changed to colons. The community software will often corrupt the URL if you press enter/return immediately after.
