Please help with the translation or details of this birth record from Kupno, Kolbuszowa. Here is what I have been able to derive from the index:

House no 33, date of birth 4 August 1842

Birth record no. 68, Jadwiga Wojda, father: Andreas (Andrzej in Polish), father's parents: Thomas (Tomasz in Polish) Wojda, and Marianna NN.

mother : Marianna Jakubiec, mother's parents: Syzmon Jakubiec, Agatha (Agata in Polish) NN.

Witnesses: Marcin Pastula, and Marianna Kaczo
