You already have a lot of information from this document so I will skip over the information that you have. I think you are just missing the specific dates and age.
First, I looked up the name of the town (Korczew) in mapa.szukacz.pl. https://mapa.szukacz.pl/mapnik.html just to give us as much information as possible about the town. It has a great map and lists the location in modern Poland.
This death was registered on 15 March 1909 in Korczew and the death occurred on 13 March. Wiktoria was 60 years old (keep in mind that this might not be a totally accurate age).

One more thing, she was born in this village and living in the same place.
