What I can make out:
Marriage date: 21 April 1885
Groom: Francisco Antonio Pereira, widower of Esmeralda Pestana
Bride: Mathilde do Rosario, single, daughter legitimate of Atanasio do Rosario and his wife Carolina do Rosario
I cannot make out where they are from.
I tried cleaning up the document and underlined the extracted info.

How do you know this is their record? There is about four entries per page.
The images are hard to read and some information would help put it in context.

Francisco Pereira and Matilda Do Rozario. It’s a church record. That’s all I have. No date of birth or their parents names. I was hoping for info.

What you screenshot are not marriage records. Those are death records. Luckily the film number was on the screenshot. The marriage record is on page 223 (https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3Q9M-CSJ8-PX3G?i=222&cat=296417).
There is alot of bleed thru ink. Reading it will take some time.

His middle name is Salino. More than likely from Malacca or Melaka if that helps. Does it give his parents names?
