I just used it yesterday and tested again this morning. Slow, but no problems otherwise. Start from here:

Also, like all other tech, try different web browsers, different internet connection if you have choices, etc. Good luck!

It worked for me this morning. The ideas above are great. You might also try clearing the browsing data on your web browser. That helps me somethings when I can't get into a website and nothing else worked.

From an Italian perspective, the Antenati website works very well and fast in the early morning.
During the day, as Americas are getting online, it keeps slowing down considerably.
At around 16:00 (Italian time), access to the site can be a real challenge.
So, this looks like an issue of too much success!

Yes Paolo, We see the same pattern on the US West Coast. By 16:00 the website runs very quickly than in our mornings. However, the problem I am having isn't just speed. It is a complete inability to access the site no matter the time using the URL. I have to find an Antenati.it record on my tree and click on it in order to get into the site. Sort of getting into the site through a back door. I believe the site may need more servers as more people are using it now as you said. Thanks for your response.

It looks like the bottleneck is the homepage. If you skip it (you are already doing it...) it's easier to get in, even at "rush time"
The italian vrsion also seems to have less of an issue than the english version (maybe because of less hits...

That link worked perfectly. Thanks. Other people have written that when they enter the site (Italian or English) they are getting a "Page Not Found" error message which is what was happening to me. Your link is somehow allowing me in so thank you.
