Why can I not do the temple work for this person?

Mabel Emma Downs is one of my ancestors and her entire family's temple work is done except for her. It says she needs more information but there is plenty of information to do the temple work including parents, spouse, birth, and death. Her pin number is L194-R7V. Does anyone know how to help? Thanks!
