This isn't a baptism record, but rather an acknowledgement of paternity. There is a second one at the top of the next page. Here are the translations for both -

Paternity acknowledgement for Adam Adelhelm, now Ad. Rehberger

In the year 1859, on the 22nd of May, appeared Friedrich Rehberger, born in [Dansbach?] and [can't read] Neuenheim, and declared before the undersigned pastor and witneses Ludwig Adelhelm, mason, and Johannes Fritz, day laborer, both citizens in Neuenheim, that he is the father of the child two whom the unmarried Elisabetha Adelhelm gave birth on the 20th of March in this year, in the evening at 9 o'clock, and which, according to the baptism register, page 240, was given the name Adam.

    Read, acknowledged, and signed,

    Handschuhsheim, 22 May 1859

    Hi Slyvia

    Nice catch!

The German government finally made her confess up. Elisabeth has five children and not married to anyone. Friedrich is claiming Adam and Maria Elisabeth. That leads three unaccounted for.

Now I'll have to go back and get the baptism records.

    Thank you! You're the best.

FYI: In the March 1859 birth record for Adam Adelheim, the missing word is: Weingärtner:

. . . Adam, illegitimate son of Elisabethe Adelhelm, legitimate daughter of the deceased citizen and vineyard cultivator in Neuenheim Friedrich Adelhelm . . .
