Titles of Mother and Father?
Why are the mother and father labeled as "parent 1 and parent 2"? What about the titles of mother and father?

I tried to find the post in which this was answered but the search system here is just not very effective. Unfortunately I don't remember enough of the answer to quote it. But it had something to do with the Merge View needing to have those parent lines able to hold any parent in whichever order they happened to show up. In other words, parent 1 may not always be a father and parent 2 may not always be a mother, likewise with parents 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, etc, if each of the profiles being merged had multiple parents which might be duplicate parents or different types of parents such as adoptive, foster, or guardian. No disrespect was intended, just a need to have to the coding work so that a bunch of mothers were not labeled as fathers and vice versa no matter how complicated the merge.

We will be updating the design shortly. We will be removing the title entirely, as we don't think it adds much to deciding whether merge or not and decreases the amount of data visible on the screen.
