Resolved critical issue made Quality not available
KH9G-RC9 had an 1826 birth in Ontario post-1867; I flipped it to British North America since that was the only match for that time, and Quality went from Medium to "not available", but all three conditions are met to display it - ??? There are still two Critical issues but I can't resolve them unless I flip the birth back to the "wrong" place…

@Ron Bauerle a fix was sent down. Switch the place back to British North America and see if the quality check stays put. Let us know :)
